CGS has no formal membership. If you are on our email distribution list, you received this email, and you are considered a CGS member. This is your time to be heard. So, please submit input and suggestions through this easy-to-use online survey.
You can respond anonymously, BUT if you include your NAME and EMAIL you will be entered into a drawing for AMAZON GIFT CARDs. The number of cards to be awarded and the gift dollar amounts will be determined based on the number of respondents between now and the submittal deadline.

Maybe you are a CGS regular. Maybe you have never been to a meeting. Or you are in between, that is all OK, because results from this survey are the most helpful when EVERYONE responds. The input from a member that rarely or has not yet participated in a CGS activity is just as important (maybe more) than a CGS regular. Hopefully, taking the survey will provide you with information on how CGS operates, increase CGS’s appeal to broader participation, and of course - who doesn’t want a chance for a free Gift Card !?!
